Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, our store front, Card Kingdom is at 5105 Leary Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107 and is open everyday except major holidays from 10AM to Midnight. Please arrive no later than 9:00 PM if picking up your order.

How do I get help with a problem?
Please send any questions to contact@cardkingdom.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line. Card Kingdom's online support hours are 10 am to 6 pm (Pacific Time, GMT -8). We do our best to reply to emails within 24 hours.

What are your grading breakdowns?
The quality of our cards are broken down into NM/M = Near Mint/Mint, EX = Excellent, VG = Very Good, and G = Good. To view a description of our grading click here: Grading Guide

Why is my shopping cart empty?
Your shopping cart is tied to the specific computer where you were modifying it. If you are at a different computer it will appear empty. If you leave a shopping cart unmodified for more than one (1) week it may be emptied as an abandoned shopping cart.

How can I pay for my Card Kingdom Order?
We accept VISA/MC, Discover Card, American Express, PayPal, checks and money orders. When paying by credit card, an Authorized Hold is put on the funds but the transaction is not finalized until the order is actually shipped. If you are sending payment by PayPal our account is contact@cardkingdom.com. Please reference your order number when sending payment. We pick up our PayPal payments manually so there is a short delay between payment and our website updating. Checks or money orders must be payable in US dollars and made payable to "Card Kingdom". Any checks not in US dollars will be returned.

Credit Card Security Verification Policies
We are cautious about sending out large first time orders and even moderately sized international orders. We will need to verify the billing address and card holder's name and depending on the circumstances may need to ship to the credit card billing address. It is important that you entered the correct billing information when placing an order as an address that does not match will delay shipment of an order. Once we have established a working relationship, these restrictions will be lifted.

What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
We carefully check our orders before they are shipped, but occasionally there will be an error. Please contact us at contact@cardkingdom.com with your order number and a description of the issue and we will correct the problem for you.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of being received. This does not apply to Pre-Sale items which will not ship until the actual release date of the new edition. Please visit our shipping terms page for more detailed information.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship single cards, sleeves, dice, mana bags and mana stones internationally. All international orders are shipped by United States Post. Due to Wizards of the Coast regulations we can not ship any factory sealed products outside of the Unites States, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. This includes booster boxes, booster packs, theme decks, tournament decks, 2 player starters, fat packs, or variety packs.

How long does international shipping take?
International Orders typically take 7-12 business days. Due to Customs inspections there can be delay of up to 30 days on some international shipments.

Is the information I enter on the website shared or sold?
Card Kingdom takes your privacy very seriously. We only use personal information collected on our checkout form for order completion and for contacting customers regarding issues with order completion. You may receive an email newsletter containing new products or site updates if you have subscribed to our newsletter via our homepage. You will also receive our newsletter if you have selected the email newsletter preference at checkout. If you change your mind about receiving update emails you can unsubscribe from our main page or by changing the options in your account. Card Kingdom will never under any circumstance sell or distribute the email address or personal information of any customer. All checkout transactions are conducted via secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data. Card Kingdom does not store customer credit card information on its servers. Can I cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please email us and enter "Cancel" along with your order number in the Subject Line of your email. Once an order has been placed we can not change it. If you wish to add or subtract cards and products the only option is to cancel the existing order and place a new one. Please email us to cancel the original before you place the new order. Combining orders is a change and we can not package them together.

How often are the prices of items in my shopping cart updated?
After eight hours of cart inactivity, all items will be refreshed to match the current price.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. To be considered for an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order; requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Order quantity limits
Order quantities are limited to the number allowed in the shopping cart. Creating repeat orders which exceed this limit may result in the cancellation of orders exceeding these limits.
