Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, our store front, Berserk Games is at 7217 Greenwood Ave., N, Seattle WA 98103 and is open everyday except major holidays from 11 am to 7 pm. If you wish to pick up your order after 6 pm please email us before 5:30 pm and put a note in the order comment field. We will have the order packed and waiting for you.

How do I get help with a problem?
Please send any questions to contact@cardkingdom.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line. Card Kingdom’s hours are Monday to Friday 10 am to 6 pm (Pacific Time, GMT -8) any questions received after hours or on weekends will be answered the following business day.

What are your grading breakdowns?
The quality of our cards are broken down into NM/M = Near Mint/Mint, EX = Excellent, VG = Very Good, and G = Good. To view a description of our grading click here: Grading Guide

Why is my shopping cart empty?
Your shopping cart is tied to the specific computer where you were modifying it. If you are at a different computer it will appear empty. If you leave a shopping cart unmodified for more than one (1) week it may be emptied as an abandoned shopping cart.

How can I pay for my Card Kingdom Order?
We accept VISA/MC, Discover Card, PayPal, checks and money orders. When paying by credit card, nothing is charged to your credit card until the order is actually shipped. If you are sending payment by PayPal our account is contact@cardkingdom.com. Please reference your order number when sending payment. We pick up our PayPal payments manually so there is a short delay between payment and our website updating. Checks or money orders must be payable in US dollars and made payable to ‘Card Kingdom’. Any checks not in US dollars will be returned.

Credit Card Limits
We are cautious about sending out large first time orders and even moderately sized international orders. We will need to verify the billing address and card holder’s name and depending on the circumstances may need to ship to the credit card billing address. It is important that you entered the correct billing information when placing an order as an address that does not match will delay shipment of an order. Once we have established a working relationship, these restrictions will be lifted.

What do I do if there is something wrong with my order?
We check our orders before they are shipped, but occasionally there will be an error. Please contact us at contact@cardkingdom.com and we will correct the problem.

How are orders shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day of being received. This does not apply to Pre-Sale items which will not ship until the actual release date of the new edition. Orders below US$200 are shipped by USPS 1st Class Mail or by USPS Priority Mail. Delivery times for 1st Class Mail are 3-5 business days and USPS Priority is 2-3 business days. Orders over US$200 are shipped FedEx Ground or FedEx Express with signature required depending on location (see our updated shipping map). This will have your order to you in 3-4 days. If you can not be present to sign for the order you will have to arrange delivery with FedEx.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship single cards, bulk land, bulk play sets, bulk commons, sleeves, dice, mana bags and mana stones internationally. All international orders are shipped by United States Post. Due to Wizards of the Coast regulations we can not ship any factory sealed products overseas, this includes booster boxes, booster packs, theme decks, tournament decks, 2 player starters, fat packs, or variety packs.

How long does international shipping take?
International Orders typically take 7-12 business days. Due to Custom’s inspections there can be delay of up to 30 days on some international shipments.

Is the information I enter on the website shared or sold?
Card Kingdom takes your privacy very seriously. We only use personal information collected on our checkout form for order completion and for contacting customers regarding issues with order completion. You may receive an email newsletter containing new products or site updates if you have subscribed to our newsletter via our homepage. You will also receive our newsletter if you have selected the email newsletter preference at checkout. If you change your mind about receiving update emails you can unsubscribe from our main page or by changing the options in your account. Card Kingdom will never under any circumstance sell or distribute the email address or personal information of any customer. All checkout transactions are conducted via secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption to protect your data. Card Kingdom does not store customer credit card information on its servers. Can I cancel or change an order?
If you wish to cancel an order please email us and enter ‘Cancel’ along with your order number in the Subject Line of your email. Once an order has been placed we can not change it. If you wish to add or subtract cards and products the only option is to cancel the existing order and place a new one. Please email us to cancel the original before you place the new order. Combining orders is a change and we can not package them together.
